Anyways planning on doing fullbody redesigns for the rest of the AU dragonets gang. Kind of went nuts on the rendering with this one, but it was still fun and I like the end result.

This is a very general ref sheet of my HnK OCs. I didn’t really this until after the fact cause I basically copied and pasted the same body for all of them (with clothes) so Realgar’s isn’t 100% accurate. He usually has his shirt unbuttoned and his tie draped over his shoulders. Everyone else is pretty much the same.

Also for occupations:

Dal is a blacksmith

Rose, Lemon, and Milky are fighters

Realgar is a paper maker

Only adding these two on here cause they have the most recent traditional references. Also I never put these on insta so yeah.

These are my new HNK ocs

Hardy and Nil are in the almost first generation of living gems (their ages are almost 2,000 years).

Unfortunately, Nil has gone to the moon already. So the second generation of Black onyx was born.

But, they are hybrid considered of their components are realgar and black onyx.

They seems to have 2 personalities. The first is Black Onyx and the second one is Realgar. Black Onyx is the kind hearted one while realgar is the mad one. That's why they hate when they become realgar.

my crk oc, arsenic. he’s a fairy cookie and has a really long backstory that i don’t feel like typing out lol, but he is currently a scientist and was once an assassin (cause he was broke and it was a good way for him to make money.) i made a bunch of nerdy references in his design, such as he has exactly 33 freckles and his bug wings are a reference to the fact that arsenic was once used as a pesticide. also, most of the greens are the exact color of paris and sheeles green variants and the purples are lighter and darker versions of london purple. i’m thinking of making a costume for him based off of the orange arsenic paint made out of realgar.

Anyways more NPC's for the Alternate Dragonets AU

-Realgar (She/Her) is the Queen of the Skywings in this AU, the youngest daughter of Queen Scarlet, who she poisoned the night of her birthday along with her older sister Ruby a few months before the dragonets emerge.

-Going on with what I feel is a commonly accepted fan-theory, Realgar would have been the Skywing DoD inside the egg that Burn yeeted off the cliff at the start of book one. She has grown up with a secret obsession with the prophecy (the "it could have been me" complex).

-Specifically, she has an unhealthy romantic obsession with Shrike, the actual Skywing DoD (who is aro-ace). I imagine she is at first very friendly and offers aid to a directionless group of dragonets before turning against them when they refuse to work for her.

-I don't exactly know what her relationship with Burn is like (the war is still sort of going on, but their has been a lot of general chaos that has been created by the Pantalans just showing up).

-Just a problematic weirdo all around

-Spoonbill (also She/Her) is a Mudwing princess, a grand-daughter with several greats of Moorhen.

-She is Mole's love interest, though unlike Tarantula Hawk, I am very certain the two will end up together.

-The lotus she wears in her horns is made of glass. Its part of the golden vine thing you see on one of her horns.

-Another quick note she has an older sister or other relative who successfully challenged Moorhen for the throne in this AU.

(pyrite is short for arsenopyrite which arsenic is found in, it is also found in realgar, never though i would be doing research on chemicals for splatoon ocs)

Four probably relates to it seeing as Arsenic and Four are alternate universe versions  of each other. If anything, Four probably understands it better than anyone other than Arsenic. Acht is a little bit confused, but they’re just going to roll with it. 

The other agents don’t really know how to interpret this, but they’re not surprised in the slightest. They think it’s kind of interesting even.

The idols are a little off-put at first since this is a lot to try and figure out, but they don’t think it’s a bad thing. They don’t really want to figure out what it means, but they’re fine with it existing.

My Four’s family genuinely thinks this is amazing. They really want to talk to Arsenic a ton about it because they’re very curious.
